This work emerged from the loss of a weaving through the United States postal system. It brings into question existing structures that allow for loss to happen on an institutional level, despite efforts to avoid it. In the performance cast as a ritual for the safe return of the work, dyes are poured into clay cups which then slowly seep upwards along the thread. Towards the top of the work is a weaving, made from the remnants of the original Deities in Temples piece. The lost weaving was eventually found and returned to the artist.
