Power Lines (2017)

In third world countries, rapid urbanisation comes as a detriment to the city centre. In Cambodia the Khmer Rouge pushed out many citizens to rural areas. At the end of the Regime, many returned to the city, with many migrating to the city to avoid poverty. Things such as telecommunication wires and electricity feel the impact as urbanisation attempts to keep up with the rapid growth in population.
